This is the best B&B in Cardiff, preferable even to the neighboring Lincoln . A classic Victorian town house, it lies in the shadow of the great Norman castle and has been completely restored and tastefully decorated. Its original architectural details are still here, including the mosaic-tiled floors in the elegantly decorated hallway, the stained-glass windows so beloved of Victorians, and even the original fireplaces in the public lounge and dining area. A cosmopolitan guesthouse, it attracts guests from San Francisco to Sydney. The roomy bedrooms are immaculately furnished and have excellent bathrooms. The location is a 10-minute walk from the City Centre.
