There are other dishes on the menu if you’re not a fish fan. Pot-roasted free-range chicken with smoked bacon, and braised half shoulder of Welsh lamb are two popular choices.
is a popular choice with the going out crowd. This lively bar and restaurant is close to the New Theatre in the city center. They do some great set lunches as well as serving dinner. Dishes on the menu include Thai chicken, pasta and salad.
Sushi fans should head to Zushi

is a great Chinese restaurant situated in Cardiff Bay. If you love a bargain head here for lunch between Monday and Thursday and pay £5.95 a head compared to £13.95 for dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Another good restaurant on the bay is the pizza chain Pizza Express
. You’ll find the usually pizza, pasta and salads but have the added bonus of a great view of the water.
