• Fine golf courses are rather thin on the ground in Saigon. While decent enough, most of the courses within the city aren't on a level to justify piloting a taxi for over an hour through maniac traffic to reach. A better option for many – and especially for those who don't take their golf all that seriously – is this 'Executive' course in the south of the city. In reality the course is little more than a pitch and putt, but it is easy for even the most hapless of novice to negotiate and makes for fun diversion for a couple of hours. In fact, two or three of the nine holes would hold their own among the best of the short holes at the established courses in the city. The presence of a driving range, practice putting green and an attractive outdoor swimming pool add further luster to this attraction's appeal.
