    • Taste the magic created by Chef Richard Ekkebus at Amber restaurant in Landmark Mandarin Oriental .  Amber is the best restaurant to blow your expense account on. Come Valentine's day they will devise a sumptuous menu with eight of their favourite dishes. The food is a palette of unique flavors and each course is paired with fine wines handpicked by head commelier Patrick Frawley. Try the Duck foie gras served with smoked freshwater eel pressed in terrine, smoked jell-O and vinegared puree of white onion. The wine list is as extensive as the choice of food. The bar here is a perfect prelude for the exciting culinary experience ahead. The amber hues of the interiors add to the ambiance.
