Lima Romantic Restaurants

There's something about dining by candlelight that makes sparks fly - between you and your boo, that is. The romantic restaurants of Lima make perfectly sumptuous places for any date: keep in mind that Lima has some of the best restaurants in the country and in the region.

We are going to list some of the best choices for a romantic restaurant by district.

In Miraflores, we recommend El Parquetito with great creole food; La Tiendecita Blanca, with its great pastries and international food; La Gloria, one of the best spots in all the city; Astrid y Gastón, with memorable food, and la Rosa Náutica, located very close to the sea. Another good option in this district is Cala.

Regarding San Isidro, we can suggest Malabar and its great drinks (not only the excellent food!), Bravo Restobar, dedicated to "new Peruvian food", which also has a branch in Asia beach, to the south of Lima; and of course Rodrigo and its European flair, and La Fondue, the kingdom of the fondue.

There is also a nice places in Barranco, like Chala, located in a very romantic and well-preserved old house, on a street that used to be the access to the beaches.
