Giselastraße 11, Munich, Germany
NileGuide Expert tip:
Plenty of great whiskeys on offer, make sure they're Irish and not Scottish though!
The Irish Folk Pub is a German-Irish pub in the university district of Munich, known as Schwabing. Since it is located just around the corner from the university itself, its clientele tend to be on the younger side as well. That being said, the place is quite small and there are many regulars who have their tables reserved. This is the type of place you pop into if you are walking down there street and just want one or two pints with your friends, but not the type that most would go out of their way for. It is that strange blend of Irish and German which makes this place what it is.
