• This place offers authentic Austrian cuisine served in a cosy, bright and tastefully rustic atmosphere. Although Austria borders Bavaria, there is a fair difference between this and Bavarian food, especially the desserts, which are much more refined than their German equivalent. However, savoury specialities such as Backhendl (roast chicken) or Tafelspitz (soured boiled rump) are also carefully and exquisitely prepared. In summer you can relax over a pleasant meal and a glass of Austrian wine in the adjoining garden. Hot food is served from noon-2:30p and 6p -10:15p.
