The Best of NileGuide
- As much as the Japanese love cartoons, games and toys, you'll never run short of kid-friendly things to do in any Japanese city, Osaka included. You haven't experienced today's Japan unless you've visited at least one Joypolis, the Sega Amusement Theme Park, the reigning king of amusement arcades. This one, on the eighth and ninth floors of a shopping arcade complete with a Ferris wheel on top, overloads the senses with lots of flashing lights, bells and whistles, and throngs of squealing kids. The Osaka Aquarium is one of the world's largest, containing 2.9 million gallons of water. If your kids are baseball lovers, check out Hanshin Koshien Stadium, home of the Hanshin Tigers. And if they're Peanuts fans, make sure you stop by Snoopy Town. At the end of a day full of kid-friendly things to do in Osaka, you'll be ready for Snoopy's favorite activity: a nap.
