Intermountain Ski Hall of Fame

  • Type: Museums
  • NileGuide Expert tip:

If the kids don't enjoy history, you can escort them to alpine racing simulators inside the Alf Engen Museum.

  • Description:

    • Mountain towns typically aren't known for creating hoards of professional basketball players or baseball stars. But with three alpine ski resorts, Park City has certainly spawned its share of Olympic and World Cup skiers. Highlighting the history and careers of these athletes, this hall of fame also serves as a tribute to athletes hailing from the entire Intermountain Region: Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming.

Situated inside the Alf Engen Museum (at the Utah Olympic Park), this hall of fame highlights numerous athletes like Alf, Corey, and Sverre Engen, Stein Eriksen and Margo Walters-McDonald.

After your visit there, be sure to check out the remainder of the Utah Olympic Park.
