• This restaurant, situated opposite the Bay of Santander, focuses on creative cooking which gives an unusual twist to traditional raw materials to produce delicious dishes. A small sample of what is on offer includes ravioli stuffed with angler fish on medallions of lobster, sea-bass al anzuelo with mushrooms and slivers of baby squid, or grilled sirloin with plums and potatoes. There is a fine and extensive wine list as well. If you want to try a bit of everything, the restaurant also has a sampler menu available.
