The creators focused on creating a unique space, which they succeeded in doing, perhaps at the cost of proper service. The food is typical East/West fusion with a pretty good rib-eye steak and an excellent salmon fillet. What really draws people to the Blu Jaz is their music, with live jazz, blues, and R&B most nights of the week.

Doesnt look like much, but looks can be deseptive. Food was fantastic, I had chicken curry and it was really tasty, hubby had beef in a black pepper sauce and said it was delicous....
