- A one-of-a-kind restaurant in Singapore Inakaya located in Orchard Parade Hotel provides visitors a different dining experience. The atmosphere is noisy and festive where the Servers shout orders to the chefs, who then shout back to confirm what the order is. Customers sit around one of three U-shaped counters, each presided over by two chefs who by the way kneel on an elevated platform to grill or barbecue your choice of an array of freshest Japanese seafood, veggies and meat. The best of ingredients are used to create these delicacies. Do not leave Inakaya without trying the Wagyu beef skewers, red rockfish or kinki.
