- True Blue Cuisine is a restaurant serving Nyonya cuisine in the city of Singapore. The interiors and decor are very intriguing as they feature prominent art and design that give the restaurant a very ethnic and cultural setting and homely ambiance. Expect food that is reminiscent of home as the chef happens to be the owner's mother. Favorites include Beef stewed in spicy coconut gravy, Otak-otak, Ayam buah keluak, Fried ngoh hiang, Ayam pongteh and the amazing pulut hitam. The staff is helpful and friendly, so don't hesitate to ask them for assistance if you're confused about what to eat.
