- Across from the notorious Gas Panic club and located on the second floor of the ROI building is the Roppongi hot spot, Flower. Although only slightly bigger than most other clubs in Roppongi, the glamor of its interior is far superior. Expect to find a mix of foreigners and locals grooving to hip-hop or dance music on the two small floors provided. A nicely sized lounge and dinner area are also present towards the back of the club and may be useful for private parties. Among the existing places left in the dwindling club scene of Roppongi, Flower is definitely one of the classiest. - Erin Sanchez
