- The latest addition to the string of Irish pubs sprouting up all over town, Mad Mulligan serves draft Guinness, Kilkenny and Old Speckled Hen along with a variety of other imported and local beers. During happy hour (5pm-8pm Monday to Wednesdays and 5pm-7pm Thursdays and Fridays), the cost of alcoholic drinks starts at JPY500. There is food all evening including fish and chips, steak and shepherds pie. It also offers free Internet surfing for those who prefer to surf while drinking. Thursday is designated live music night and the pub features some of the best talent on the Tokyo circuit.
