Holidays are a time to indulge yourself. The perfect excuse to splash out and visit one of Amsterdam's five-star restaurants. But in all fairness, the five-star treatment doesn't necessarily have to break the bank. There are a number of five-star quality resaurants in Amsterdam which offer fantastic food, good service, and in many cases an amazing view or the chance to spend the evening in a fantastic historical setting, without tearing on the purse strings.
