There are just too many things to do in Antalya. Start with the must-see attractions, move to the big sights and fine museums, check out some tours, dig in to some outdoor activities, and work your way down to the between-the-cracks, off-the-beaten-path gems. A half day city sightseeing tour is the perfect introduction to an area known as the Turquoise Coast. The highlights on this four-hour tour include a visit to Hadrianus Gate, Clock Tower, Republican Square and finally Antalya Archaeological Museum. If you do only one cultural thing in Antalya, make it the Anatalya Museum. Antalya province is endowed with one of the richest cultural heritages in Turkey, and much of it can be seen at this museum. Visit Perge, the place where most of the statues that are on display in Antalya Museum were unearthed. An important city of ancient Parnphylia, originally settled by the Hittites around 1500 BC., St. Paul visited Perge on his first missionary journey. There's never a reason to be bored in Antalya.
