What can you possibly write about an international hotel chain with outlets in virtually every city?  There's virtually nothing unique about this one, but that's pretty much the point.  Everything customers have come to expect from the brand is present and correct. Service is exemplary, the rooms are opulent enough to justify the splurge and the hotel's dining options are worthy (if expensive) alternatives to the culinary wonders on virtually every corner outside. Where the Sheraton really comes up trumps, however, is in its happy hour at its lofty bar. There are a good number of elevated drinking options in Saigon, but this is arguably the best of them.  A generously long happy hour (two of them actually) offers two for one drinks and the tremendous view over the city makes it one of the most pleasant places in town to survey the sun as it sinks in the sky.
