Five Star Restaurants in Lausanne
It is surprising that for such a relatively small city, Lausanne has many 5 star restaurants. One that consistently is awarded Michelin Stars is Le Pont de Brent with chef Stéphane Décotter (above Montreux). L'Ermitage le Château Vufflens in an old wine grower's house next door to an amazing castle is another Michelin winner located near Morges.
