This local haunt at the edge of the Mission district keeps the low key, Irish-accented bartenders in the center. The exclamation point shaped bar just out from the dozen taps on the back wall. No staring at a wall of liquor at this place. Rather, gaze across the bar in this too-well-lit joint at your fellow patron, who's almost certainly had a few by the time you get there. Ample TVs for showing local sports, including loud audiences for all 49er games, are all around. A pool table in an adjacent space keeps things interesting when the game's over.
