French Dogs Clean Up Christmas Litter

Animals doing unexpected things = cute = viral video (Ed. note: QED). In a video recently uploaded to YouTube, Boston Terriers were filmed literally cleaning a Christmas market in France.  What made this video particularly entertaining?  The two dogs, named Neo and Tuxedo, were sporting snazzy florescent gear and actually pushing cleaning carts.  What could be cuter than French Boston Terriers picking up litter?

According to, the dogs were trained using the “clicker training method”, begging the question of why animals haven’t been taught to do this before.  Over the holidays, these two dogs have created quite a name for themselves, attracting both locals and tourists alike.  If you’re in Montpellier (lucky dog), this is definitely worth checking out.

Very cute! But I think the bigger question is why haven’t we used clicker training to train people NOT to litter?
