Things to Do, What's New — By Elizabeth Gleeson on February 28, 2011 at 10:00 pm

The latest exhibition at MALBA, ‘Grete Stern. Los sueños 1948 – 1951,’ opened this past Friday. The show displays the 46 photo collages from the series ‘Sueños’ that the avant garde artist created from 1948 through 1951 for exclusive publication in the Argentinean magazine Idilio, crafted as reinterpretations of dreams sent in by readers to be analyzed by the magazine’s director, sociologist Gino Germani, in the column “El psicoanálisis le ayudará”. The works form part of the massive Eduardo F. Costantini collection of the MALBA. The exhibition will extend through the 25th of April in the first floor hall at the Palermo Chico art museum.
