Kopi Luwak, served fresh in Calgary

If you’re a coffee connoisseur, you better hurry to the Bean Stop in Eau Claire Market before the kopi luwak is gone. This rare coffee is very exclusive, and is made from beans that have gone through the digestive system of a small, tree-dwelling creature in Thailand called the common palm civet. As of today, the Bean Stop has 4.5 pounds of the stuff, enough for 125 cups. Each cup of this unique coffee experience will cost you $25 (or you can buy a 50 gram tin for $60). This won’t be around for long, so don’t delay too long.
