19th Annual Flamenco Festival!

Flamenco is an art of intense passion. And in February, Madrid becomes the stage for some of the best live flamenco music in the country with the 19th Annual Caja Madrid Flamenco Festival.

From February 2-5 at La Casa Encendida, there will be flamenco-related talks and recitals of flamenco singing, but the shows from February 8-12 at the Teatro Circo Price constitute the plato fuerte (main course).

Watch out for the musical performances by Miguel Poveda (Feb. 8), Tomatito (Feb. 12), Tomasito (Feb. 10), and the dance company Manuela Carrasco in “Suspiro Flamenco” (Feb. 11). Tickets at the Circo Price range from €28 to €35.
