Farmers Markets in Prague

Things to Do, What's New — By Jacy Meyer on April 6, 2011 at 4:57 am

Now that the weather is becoming lovely, Prague’s farmers markets are setting up their stalls. Primarily introduced last year, the markets were an overwhelming hit with the public. Long queues and sold-out vendors were the norm, and organizers quickly regrouped to keep up with demand. Local fruits, veggies, fresh breads, free-range eggs, smoked meats and other products are on display all over town. Get there early for the best and freshest.

These are the most regular markets, but organizers have plans to open more throughout the spring on other squares around the city.
