Free Jazz Night at the Nugget

If you want a mellow night in Reno, head to John Ascuaga’s Nugget in downtown Sparks for their live Wednesday night Nugget Jazz Night. Each Wednesday, the Nugget features a new jazz musician in the beautiful Orozko Lounge. The shows are from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. and the Lounge fills up quickly, so getting there early to enjoy a drink is a good idea.

There is no cover charge and parking is free in the parking lot west of Orozko just across 14th Street or by valet at the hotel’s main entrance.
