Mote con huesillo is a syrupy sweet drink made of peach juice, hulled wheat kernels and reconstituted dried peaches. It’s a refreshing treat in summer and can be found all over downtown from carts, or up on Cerro San Cristobal and Cerro Santa LucĂa.
