Turin’s “Officine Grandi Riparazioni” is part of a complex of buildings, located on the western outskirts of the city beside the Milan to Turin railway line. Occupying an eneormous area of some 190.000 square metres and containing gigantic constructions resembling modern cathedrals, with 200 metre aisles. Seen as a vital step towards the city’s transformation into a great industrial centre.

As part of the “150”, there is a large photographic exhibition during 2011, featuring 150 atmospheric pictures, reflecting the crafting techniques, products and the appearance of the Officine over the years.
