A mother and daughter’s day in Vancouver (for kids)

March Break has come and gone, but that only means that summer is just around the corner. What to do with your kids when they’re off for, what seems like, months on end? Well, it’s easy to spend long summer days relaxing on Jericho Beach or Spanish Banks and taking in Vancouver’s warm sunshine and cool waters. However, just like us adults, kids deserve a little pampering now and then. Recently, my little pal (who just turned seven), spent the day at The Hairloft, located in Granville Island‘s Kids Market. While she was there, she was treated like the little queen that she is and had her hair styled, make-up done and ears pierced. Dad, lock the doors!
