THE FAIRMONT HOTEL VANCOUVER’S CANINE PROGRAM
Meet Concierge Debbie Harris’ right hand, or shall we say, right paw, Beau. He’s one of the hotel’s Canine Ambassadors along with his lovable colleague, Mavis. Both Canine Ambassadors are Yellow Labrador Golden Retrievers and are BC Guide Dog trainees who found their first calling in the hospitality industry. Eight-year-old Mavis and five-year-old squeeze, Beau, are on duty next to the concierge desk to meet and greet, shake a paw or take a walk with guests.
When it comes to celebrity status and the most photographed colleagues at The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, there’s no doubt that this honour belongs to a pair of tail-wagging personalities with loads of charm.
