Raindrops keep falling on my head

After weeks and weeks of warm weather and not a drop falling from the sky, the heavens opened up and dumped on Vancouver this weekend. The gardens are rejoicing and those with South facing apartments are happily enjoying this cooler wet weather. Fear not, sun lovers, the weather is supposed to warm up again this week and you can get back to tanning at the beach, enjoying patios and riding along the Seawall.

I am reminded of a time last year during the Celebration of Lights when the sky turned ominous in colour and let out a downpour of rain. The colour of the sky was truly amazing.
